  • 1.2. This process ensures that all items are in optimal condition before they are dispatched.

2. Customer responsibility upon delivery

  • 2.1. Upon delivery, the receiving party must conduct a thorough visual inspection of the package(s) prior to signing the delivery receipt.
  • 2.2. Any discrepancies, including but not limited to visible damages, shortages, or alterations in packaging, must be explicitly noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

3. Documentation of damages

  • 3.1. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to document and notify Purism of any potential damages upon receipt.

5. Release of liability

  • 5.1. Acceptance of the shipment by the receiving party without written notice to the carrier or receipt of exception number by the carrier within the Claim Deadline legally releases the freight carrier and Purism from any shipping damage liability.

  • 7.3. Refused shipments may be subject to significant delays and restocking fees.

8. Additional fees

  • 8.1. The receiving party is responsible for any additional duties, fees, taxes, or customs incurred during the shipping process.
