What does “pre-order” mean?
Pre-ordering means you are funding research and development of a product which is not available/manufactured yet. By pre-ordering a product you accept the following:
- * This carries a certain risk that shipping will be delayed. We provide best effort estimates but there are a lot of external factors, unpredicted situations (like COVID-19 for example) that we could not predict.
- * This carries a possibility that specs will be changed by the time product enters productions phase.
- * You cannot withdraw funds once you invest/pre-order. Check our policies page.
